Each cake is baked fresh in New Orleans using our signature sweet dough and shipped as a DIY decorating kit so you can enjoy the full Mardi Gras experience at home.

Fed Ex Shipping Details

  • Delivery Tuesday-Saturday
  • Delivery phone number is required for all shipments
  • FedEx does not ship to Post Office Boxes
  • Caluda’s King Cake and FedEx are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or weather conditions (including airport closures).
  • If Caluda’s King Cake is at fault for the delay we will send another cake the next available shipping day OR refund

  • King Cake arrives fresh and ready to be decorated
  • May be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • Can be placed in the freezer for up to 6 months (just keep it wrapped in its bag)

  • Place your icing pouch in the microwave for 15 seconds (or until warm and flowing)
  • Cut the bag on the corner, and spread evenly over your cake
  • Using a spatula or spoon, cover the surface of the cake evenly
  • While the icing is still fresh, put your sugars on
  • ENJOY!
